Terms & Conditions of Sale and Shipping & Handling:

1. NO MINIMUM order requirement.

2. PAYMENT in full required with your order. We accept personal checks, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks. Shipping held until personal checks clear.

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION: All plants shipped in pots, except Vanda-types which are shipped bare root.
60-Hour Heat Pack ($3.00 Additional) are recommended if low temperatures are below freezing.
We are NOT responsible for plants that suffer cold damage, if shipped without a heat pack.
All plant orders will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail. We do not ship to Hawaii or outside the United States.
